These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the transportation services provided by Malpensa Chauffeur.
By requesting a quotation, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Requests
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Malpensa Chauffeur via email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.
3. Pricing
All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
Quoted prices may vary if:
- The itinerary changes.
- Additional stops are requested.
- Waiting time exceeds the included allowance.
- Passenger numbers exceed those originally declared.
Any additional charges will be communicated whenever possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment may be required in advance or upon completion of the service, depending on the booking arrangements.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit or debit card
- Cash (where applicable)
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting Malpensa Chauffeur.
Cancellation and refund conditions are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
- In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued and the full service amount may be charged.
Special cancellation conditions may apply to long-distance transfers, events, customized services, or bookings involving third-party suppliers.
6. Waiting Time
Airport Pickups
Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time.
Other Pickups
Complimentary waiting time of up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time may be charged.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Being present at the agreed pickup location.
- Respecting local laws and regulations.
- Avoiding damage to vehicles.
The company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
8. Luggage
Passengers must inform us in advance of any excessive or special luggage requirements.
Malpensa Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transportation of luggage that exceeds vehicle capacity or safety limits.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
Malpensa Chauffeur will make every reasonable effort to provide services on time.
However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Airport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
Malpensa Chauffeur shall not be liable for:
- Missed flights
- Missed connections
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
unless required by applicable law.
